IRON JIAS offer a 12-month warranty(from the day of receiving the products), covering clear defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by accidents, improper use or storage, or unauthorized repairs or modifications. If you experience any issues with your purchase within the warranty period, please contact our customer service team and we will work with you to find the most appropriate solution. Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase and have a positive experience with our company.
30-Day Exchange & Return
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day(from the day of receiving the products) window for exchanges or refunds on unsatisfactory products. After this period, we are unfortunately unable to process requests for refunds or exchanges for reasons other than quality issues. Each order is eligible for a one-time exchange or return for any reason. Please keep in mind that if you choose to exchange an item, it is not eligible for additional exchanges or returns.
If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact our customer service team to obtain a return form and a Return Label with the correct return address.
Once you have received the return form and Return Label, you may send the product back to us. Please note that the cost of return shipping must be covered by the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part, in which case we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging or a similar protective packaging to avoid damage during shipping.
After we receive your package, we will inspect the product and process your refund to your original method of payment or process the exchange within 3-5 working days, provided that the product is confirmed to be in good condition.
1.Free gifts cannot be returned or exchanged, and are not covered under our warranty.
2.You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, have the original tags attached intact.
3.We do not accept returns or exchanges that have not been previously authorized by our customer service team.
4.Please do not send your return to the address listed on the package. This is not the correct return address and may delay the processing of your return. Instead, please use the Return Shipping Label we provide or contact our customer service team for the correct return address.
